SpeedBike ran its entire operation on paper: handwritten client records, supplier order forms in duplicate, and invoices typed up manually. Without a centralised tool, finding a client's history, tracking open orders or issuing an invoice quickly was a daily source of lost time and errors that weighed on the team's productivity and client satisfaction.
